_Meet Jane
Jane’s family and friends thought she had the perfect life. Jane (not her real name) had a wonderful husband and two kids in college. She manages a local financial company where her boss and workers loved her. Jane went to yoga at least 3 times a week and practiced healthy eating.
Reality was quite different...
Jane came to us because she felt overwhelmed, exhausted and unconnected. Her stress levels were sky high and she rarely slept well. Janes feelings included:
Janes best friend had recommended our meditation classes. She attended our 4-hour Happiness Seminar and felt that she was transformed and making big improvements. She could not make it to our weekly meditation classes and chose to schedule weekly one-on-one coaching sessions. We had a couple of face-to-face sessions and then we would schedule 30-45 minutes by phone or web-conference.
Within a day or two of practice, Jane was transforming her life. Her feelings included:

Jane practices meditation regularly and she chooses some fun activities each day. Our daily actions shape the brain. Meditation strengthens our brain. It is as simple as that!

- Crying 1-2 times a week
- Feeling she was a bad mom because she worked
- Rare intimacy with her partner
- Overeating led her to be 20 lbs over her target weight

- Sleeping better after two days, especially after Happiness Seminar (See link below)
- More calm and less anxious
- More open and able to say no to demands of her boss/family without feeling guilt or shame
- More energy and less physical pain
- Anger levels and crying were almost gone
- Can get irritable at times but enjoys life, feeling natural joy .
- Stamina and energy levels increased. She knows when to take breaks when she feels over-loaded.
- Health Improvements Included: skin felt better, stress headaches gone and spent more time with her family and friends.
