Depression and anxiety are the most difficult emotions and life experiences. Depression and anxiety often come in pairs. Our bodies were never designed for the sleep-deprived, poorly nourished, frenzied pace of twenty-first century life. Certain negative thought patterns, like guilt, pessimism, and low self-esteem are fuel for depression and can trigger anxiety. Our usual attempts to “think” our way out of a bad mood or just “snap out of it” lead us deeper into the downward spiral.

Based on the latest brain research and over 15 years helping people who suffer from anxiety and depression, Dr K will share tips and tricks that will work for you.  Dr K’s methods can be used by everyone, regardless of age or background, to live a life free from anxiety or depression.
