We go through extremes with our feelings. We hide, inhibit or suppress them or vent them in unproductive ways. All of us do experience stress and some of us pay a price in our health, relationships and work by having limited techniques to express our feelings and emotions. Join us for a 90 minute workshop where we talk about various tools, based on latest scientific research, such as writing, art and mindfulness to live a more positive, meaningful and energized life.
