Write It Out – Journaling, Poetry and Meditation to Self Compassion, Intimacy and Love!

We go through extremes with our feelings. We hide, inhibit or suppress them or vent them in unproductive ways. All of us do experience stress and some of us pay a price in our health, relationships and work by having limited techniques to express our feelings and emotions. Join us for an online 30 day workshop where we talk about various tools, based on latest scientific research, such as writing, art and mindfulness to live a more positive, meaningful and energized life. Spend just 5-15 minutes 2-3 times a week over a 30 day period.
Expressing painful emotions is hard--yet it can actually improve our mental and physical health. This interactive workshop will introduce you to the art of expressive writing -a simple yet powerful self-help technique grounded in scientific research.
Dr K will show you how taking just a few minutes to write about deeply felt personal experiences or problems may help you:
*Heal old emotional wounds
*Feel a greater sense of well-being
*Decrease stress
*Improve relationships
*Boost your immune system
You will create 21-day action plan based on your strengths, lifestyle and daily schedule.
